Life Mission Department Tracking and Ministry Analysis

A 47 page document including five parts. Part one includes a general overview of the Life Mission Department's Mission, Vision, Values and Goals. Current conditions and levels of participation are given along with graphs. Parts two through five give detailed information about 14 ministry partnerships. A table is included for each ministry. The table tells the number of church participants, number of people served, estimated budget, percent of 2003 budget, actual expenditures and percent of all money used by the Life Mission Department. For each ministry the table is followed by information such as organization leadership, partnership profile, financial profile, future vision/goals and stories. Part two (Jerusalem) includes ministries that work in areas closest to the church. Part Three (Judea) includes ministries that work in Michiana to America. Part four (Samaria) includes ministries that work cross culturally in America. Part five (Ends of the Earth) includes ministries to other countries.
