This form is used to request promotion of an event by the Communications Department. This form helps the church to be sure that all relevant information is being announced about an event. It includes basic information about who, what, where, when and why. It asks for basic information about such things as ministry name, date, times, location, childcare, how to register, cost and contact name. The church's focus is also kept in mind with questions about such things as target audience, event objective and how the event helps fulfill the church's primary five point purpose. Also includes instruction on filling out the form and Granger Community Church's promotion procedures.
